The Challenge

How do you approach skeptical property owners that don’t trust early stage software companies? This was the challenge we were tasked to solve. Credos needed to build a brand foundation that was solid and would allow them to instil feelings of easiness and trust.

Empathy was at the core of our approach to building the Credos brand. We immersed ourselves in the mindset of their ideal customers, crafting a brand strategy that resonated with their values and desires. Recognizing that Credos was more than just a tool, we positioned it as a facilitator of meaningful connections between people and places.

A Solid Visual Identity

We aimed to create a brand system that instantly communicates trust. The logo, featuring a key symbolizing “unlocking experiences,” anchors the visual language. We used a blue and green color palette, evoking trustworthiness and innovation, alongside a modern sans-serif font for a clean and professional look.

Building Credos's Digital Platform

We focused on optimizing Credos’s primary sales platform by crafting a seamless user experience. This involved developing wireframes, designing intuitive interfaces, and even envisioning a future mobile app, ensuring every touchpoint consistently reinforced the brand’s message and functionality.
