Tiramissyou is a premium specialty tiramisu café in Bucharest, built to transform dessert from a simple product into an emotionally memorable experience. Our objective was to create a brand that goes beyond taste and aesthetics, turning emotion into a strategic differentiator that can make people come back not just for the product, but for the feeling.

The Challenge

How do you go beyond product and taste and position Tiramissyou as a destination based on love?

We needed to build an identity that felt instantly attractive, sharable on social media and hard to replicate by competitors.

Prototyping the creative direction

Having the strategic direction in mind, we created three brand prototypes to explore different emotional territories for Tiramissyou.

The goal was to involve the client early in the process and test how the brand could express indulgence, desire and personality in different ways.

The chosen route was the boldest one, raw, impulsive and emotionally charged, which later became the foundation for the final identity.

Developing the logo

From the selected prototype, we explored three logo directions in different tonalities. The chosen route stood out for its iconic feel and the Cupid symbol, a relatable cue of love and desire that reinforced our ambition to build Tiramissyou as a love brand, not just a dessert café.

Packaging

The packaging was designed to be instantly iconic and highly shareable.

Beyond functionality, its role was to turn every order into a visual moment people would want to photograph and post, making it a built-in marketing tool for the brand.

Design Logic

We kept the packaging intentionally simple and iconic. The side lines, inspired by an old chest, use the same textured treatment as the logo to ensure visual consistency.

The key differentiator was the window cut-out, shaped as a mouth, a minimal design gesture that gave the box instant personality and made it instantly recognizable.

Interactive experience

To drive virality and repeat visits, we created a branded postal box where visitors could leave anonymous letters to loved ones.

Each month, selected letters would be shared on social media, transforming the physical space into an ongoing content engine.

This gave people a reason to come back, deepened emotional engagement and generated organic social content for the brand.

The results

The launch generated immediate traction, with the location quickly becoming overbooked and drawing constant queues.

Its strong visual identity and shareable experience naturally attracted influencers, television coverage and organic social content, turning the space into a free marketing engine from day one.

This not only drove awareness, but helped position Tiramissyou as a destination people wanted to visit, share and talk about.
